Quick Efficient Service. I'm a lawyer in San Antonio. Both my real estate agent and mortgage company have said working with my housing file with SW Abstract is the absolute worst experience they have ever had. They say something will be done one day, and then the people who were supposed to have it finished are mysteriously out of the office the next day. Things that should have been done weeks in advance, like surveying, etc, are being attempted on the scheduled day of the closing. I would recommend using the other title company in Del Rio. Unacceptable service when dealing with something as important as a home purchase. Very disappointing.
