By far the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance agent. I do not recommend to anyone.
They are a great insurance to have. I have my vehicle's and home with Allstate and they have always been there for my family.
Mr. Schroeter and his employees make having to deal with an insurance question or concern very easy and comfortable. They make sure to explain everything, and patiently answer all of my questions.
The agent, Egan, is very professional. His staff is also pleasant and eager to be of assistance. I had a very nice visit at this office.
