They seriously can't get there work together. Prescriptions sent to the wrong Pharmacy and having to wait 4-5 days for prescription. We verified 3 times before leaving the office and they still send it to the wrong facility.
Absolutely rude/unprofessional staff they have! Especially front office, the woman who sits at the front window with glasses. The supervisor was very helpful as for the lady with glasses, was not. Instead of helping me and being understanding about me not being there 30 minutes prior to my 10:30 appt. she was going to reschedule me for a different day. I live 1 hour away from Del Rio. And driving back the next day would have not been an option. But Brenda was very sweet, and understanding! Also they are breaking Hippa violations. There was another patient chart in my room, and when I told the medical assistant about the chart, she said "eh it's okay. I'm trying to get them out of the way!" Which upsets me because what if that were my children's chart!? Only reason I'm returning is because the doctors are so kind! But for staff there might be problem sooner or later.
