On a semi-good note, when you finally do get to see the doctors or NP, they are mostly pleasant but never address the problem headon and reschedule you to go over results after you've been waiting for several weeks for the initial test. The results by now are irrelevant because you continuing going through the same rescheduling headache as before. Note to this office and their clinicians - Be compassionate..if you want to have 3 and 4 day weekends, then do us all a favor and just place office hours for Tuesdays-Thursdays. We all have personal problems but as clinicians, you take the oath to cause no harm. By doing nothing, you can cause harm.
Terrible Office Staff!! Take a message and never relay it. Answer the phone but don't let you get one word in before they place you on hold. 5-10 minutes later come on the line and are rude. Note to those who see this doctor...Never, EVER make an appt on Mondays because neither Cadena (wife or husband) are in to see all the patients they reschedule week after week on Mondays, and the Nurse Practitioner bails on Mondays too since neither doctor is in. Amazingly the office staff insists on lying to their patients that the doctors have "emergencies" every Monday without realizing that the same ones are being rescheduled EVERY MONDAY! So bottom line, both Dr. A and Dr. V Cadena have "emergencies" every Monday and their NP probably has the same "emergencies" ~ meanwhile their regular patients SIT in their office for 2-3 hours before being told that no one is showing up to see them ALL DAY. These are elderly, chronically ill who get no resolution to their problems.
