I bought Firestone tires for my car at R K Tires N Wheels and after 2 or 3 months the tires looked flat on the middle. I went to the R K Tires N Wheels and they offered to give me new tires from other brand (unknown) but I will not be able to know how much I will pay for them. Who can accept that? Unknown brand and not knowing how much will cost until they arrive. I went to Firestone in San Antonio and they told that the tires that I bought at R K Tires N Wheels were discontinued because had manufacture defect so Firestone took those tires out of the market. R K Tires N Wheels kept selling those tires even though Firestone removed those from the market. Firestone offered other tires and showed me in that moment how much I will pay for them. They took my old tires and I paid the difference for the new ones. Do not waste your money buying tires at R K Tires N Wheels.

Compré llantas Firestone para mi coche en R K Tires N Wheels y después de 2 o 3 meses las llantas estaban planas en el centro. Fui a R K Tires N Wheels y se ofrecieron a darme llantas nuevos de otra marca (desconocida) pero sin saber cuanto tendria que pagar hasta que las ordenaran y llegaran. ¿Quién puede aceptar eso? LLantas de marca desconocida y sin saber cuánto le costará hasta que llegan. Fui a Firestone en San Antonio y me dijeron que las llantas que compré en R K Tires N Wheels fueron descontinuadas porque tenían defecto de fabricante y Firestone tomó esas llantas fuera del mercado. R K Tires N Wheels estuvo vendiendo esas llantas a pesar de Firestone las retiró del mercado. Firestone me ofreció otros neumáticos y me mostró en ese momento cuánto iba a pagar por ellos. Ellos tomaron mis llantas viejas y yo pague la diferencia por las nuevas. No tires tu dinero a la basura comprando llantas en R K Tires N Wheels.
