Shady; will drain your oil and then tell you an inflated price.
I should have asked. But I also have come to trust these folks, which is why I didn't. Draining my oil and THEN telling me the price was shady of them. Having no posted prices is shady of them. Not being able to even give me an itemized receipt is shady of them. I didn't expect a free oil change, but they could have knocked a few $$ off the bill (down to their cost) to try and meet in the middle here. The manager refused; "I'm not going to sell you oil at cost." He just kept insisting this was all my fault because I should have asked the price before. They're clearly more interested taking your money over taking care of you. This hasn't always been my experience here, but it was today. Disappointed.

I have been getting my oil changed here for years. When I first started coming in, I always asked the price, and it was always very fair. The last time I was in, I didn't ask; just handed them my keys to my new car. A few minutes later they said the price for my oil change would be $80 because my car takes "special oil." I can buy 6.5 qts of this "special oil" (0W20) at Walmart for $30 retail, so I said no thanks. The catch is they had already drained my old oil, leaving me no option but to have them complete the service. The manager refused to find any middle ground but insisted it was my fault for not asking the price before.
