Pete (Sales Manager) and Cesar (Salesman) were great. Pete was very patient as I attempted to deprive them of all profits on our truck. I was unsuccessful in that endeavor, but we ended up purchasing our 2017 GMC Sierra at a very satisfying price-point. They'll have to pay the light bill with their next sale...
They don't want to repair a vehicle - a repair that's covered under warranty - even after they talked to the manufacturer who told them so. Total ripoff.
I have never been so happy and impressed with the people at this dealership. Johnny Joe and the staff went above and beyond to make my repair of my Chevy truck painless. They were outstanding by turning a transfer case r&r in a day and a half. I'm from San Antonio and broke down, towed and looked at as soon as we got the truck to them. Also On Star and Chevy road side assistance were outstanding. Thank you for making a stressful situation very pleasant.

The finance department was able to beat the already ridiculously low rate that our bank was offering. They even filled the fuel tank while preparing the truck for us. The assistance they provided made setting up the Onstar service a breeze.
