More of a rundown trailer park that the landlord is only interested in making money. Problems with sewage and water pipes, you pay property taxes and this is that your only renting. No privacy and homes too closed in together. Landlord has many rules but are never applied to their favorite tenants. Those favorites are usually the ones whose yards are a mess or get away paying rent late without fees. Not a family place to raise kids or leave your elderly alone. This trailer park is ideal for a person's hideaway from any law or bill collecter trying to catch you.
Great place
before the landowner had a person run the park named alia who was very rude and spoke very little English and she always looked down at the community. Several times alia would lose my rent but the landowner is very apologetic each time. I have seen the landowner from time to time or other people help and those persons are more nice than alia. it has improved and it is not a bad place to live it is decent and quiet.
