My wife and I stopped into this restaurant while passing through Del Rio. What a big mistake. The food was very bland with no taste. We both ordered beef enchiladas and a drink. $27.89 later, we tried to find a clean table. 5 wait staff were walking and standing around and no one cleaned our table. My wife and I cleaned our own table ( I even went into the bathroom to get soap and paper towels). When our food arrived, it had no seasoning what so ever. We tried adding salt and hot sauce to make it edible but could not. Very disappointed in the service and the food. We will not attempt Don Marcelino's again. Dirty, dark, and unfriendly.
If you want faster food and a decent portion size come here. Food was good but not spicy. This is an order at the front and sit down restaurant. A little pricey compared to rest
We walked in and they told us we couldn't sit at the bar which was really weird. food was decent, but I could have made it taste better at home. Not worth the $60 we paid for 3 meals. There was also like 10 cars in the parking lot but only 3 people eating in the restaraunt.
Excellent service and delicious Mexican food.
This place was good. They have daily specials for 50% off. I had the Rojas Tacos. They were delicious. You place your order at the counter, then sit down at your table. They bring your food out when it's ready. You serve yourself whatever drink you want. Very casual and fun.
