At VIP, whether it be boarding or grooming, the animals are always well taken care. They have never had a groomer by the name of Susan. An they would not send an animal home covered in feces, blood etc. I have never had a bad experience there and trust them with my dogs for boarding and grooming. Great staff!!

So I take my dog in to make an appointment for November before the first of the month and I'm told it is $20 a night for my dog. I leave her there on November 13-23. The bill is over $300 when it should have been about $248 with the shots. I'm told first by the girl up front that I had to make the reservation before the first of November - whech I did - then she goes in the back to talk to "someone" then comes out and tells me the dog had to be in the kennel BEFORE November first - which is both not what I was quoted or what the notice on the counter states. While I understand everything costs more, this is also a damn good example of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rather then honor what I was told - they opted for the extra $55....I will NEVER use them again and I will tell EVERYONE I ever come into contact with how they screwed me out of $55!

I will never ever use this business again! Not only did they not groom my dog the way I asked them to, they are not willing to fix their mistake. I paid $60 for a full groom and all my dog got was a bath, no haircut, and they did not clip the nails. I've already called back several times and i was told it was my fault and that I should've said something before I left. My husband was the one who picked my dog up so he was unaware of what I requested them to do. Besides that fact, clipping the nails should be included.So for them to refuse to cut the nails like they should have unless I pay full price again is ridiculous. I will never use this place again and I will tell everyone I know not to. I hope $60 was worth all the business your about to lose. Word of mouth is crucial in a small town...
