My daughter has been detained in this facility for 3 days I've called to get information on her and they keep saying they can't give any information because she has not seen the judge I haven't heard anything since her arrest 3days ago the least they can do is give me some sort of info as to how to put money on her books so that she can call me NOT KNOWING IS THE HARDEST FOR ANY PARENT IM SURE SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE MOTHERS AND WOULD UNDERSTAND THE FEELING OF HELPLESSNESS AND VULNERABILITY OF ANY MOTHER IN MY SITUATION
I called a few times they treat me really bad I think they violate people rights because any place any body called needs to be treated as a human
I've been calling all this week to seek answers about my husband the staff have been really patient and nice to me also Mr. Luis Guerra was a great help to me although I haven't been able to talk to my husband I feel relief when I hear from them. Hope to see my hubby soon thanks for all your help Mrs. Vasquez. !
When an inmate is transferred to another facility it would be common courtesy of GEO to contact the families in question advising them of the inmates whereabouts. This should be done after the inmate has reached their destination & ease the minds of family members. Have some empathy, not everyone is serving time for the crime they are accused of. What if it was your family member?
