We were very satisfied myself and my boyfriend Pedro Jasso we stayed one night and well worth it young lady at the front desk was so sweet when we checked in and out. Room was very nice and clean. So next year God willing we will be staying at this motel and Pedro love going swimming really nice and clean pool. Thanks again until next year !
The hotel was EXTREMELY clean. The sheets actually smelled clean/laundered; as well as the towels. The room was nice & cold - it was over 100* over July 4th weekend. The floors were clean & shiny - no dirt on the floors whatsoever. The bed was the best part! It was SOOOO COMFORTABLE! The young ladies at the front desk were polite & professional. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you just stay overnight or for a week.
Reserved a room here due to generally decent luck at Choice properties, and the number of positive reviews online. Now, convinced those positive reviews are bogus and/or paid for by the owner. We checked in at 11:30 pm in 95-degree heat, signed a ridiculous sheet of conditions such as if you check out late up to 30 minutes they charge $25, if you check out later than that they charged a whole extra night...etc...then went upstairs through a mildew-ripe stairwell and opened the door into our 110-degree room. We turned on the A/C unit, and could have moved more air by flushing the toilet. We requested a different room, and the very nice lady at the front desk moved us. The second room was just as bad and the A/C unit just as worthless. We told them we were going to find another hotel, and despite having spent a grand total of 3 minutes in two rooms, they insisted on charging us for the night. Short version: if you're looking for a third-world hotel experience, this is your huckleberry. If you'd like something just a little better, look elsewhere. When we checked in at a better hotel minutes later, the front desk staff there told us they had heard of "frequent security issues" at this not-so-Quality Inn also. Just say no.

This Choice Hotel in Del Rio, Texas is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well presented but there were not as many choices available as in most other hotels so be prepared to go elsewhere if you need a heartier breakfast. There did not seem to be an elevator to reach the second floor so request a first floor room when making reservations if you have difficulty climbing stairs. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.
Best bang-4-the-$ in Del Rio. King rooms are like mini suites, wifi strong signal,. No loud wild party groups like the nearby Ramada.
The boat parking area is well lit and secure.
The remote pool is less than ideal, but the complimentary breakfast is better than most.
