I would give a negative star rating if it was possible. WORST SERVICE EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I requested urgent service and it was all paid up. However, 5 hours later and still no one arrived. The OWNER of Del Rio Lock & Key could not offer an eta and he was unapologetic about his tardiness. He claimed that his service was a "work of art, not a science." WHAT A TOOL!
The Del Rio Lock and Key technician was professional, friendly, and did his work well, albeit a little slowly - moved at his own pace. Recommended.
Called to get my car unlocked and after asking the rate, the guy hung up on me. Called back 30 minutes later and the guy was super irritated and RUDE and refused to come unlock my car until I pleaded!! Eventually he sighed and said, "I'll get to you in a few hours" I was so pissed! Hate this town and their lack of respect for any customer!!! I hope he seriously loses his job he was that disrespectful!
They suck called them yesterday at 1255 pm never should up and they acted like there lunch was more important
