People if you don't like your job go do something else don't put patience lives in danger.
Very expensive, poor service, long wait time. Very old controlling and incompetant surgeons and hospitalist who are protected by unexperianced adminstration.
AVOID if you don't want to DIE! Malpractice lawsuits were written for places like this. The Dr's are rude and the nurses ignored me. My husband wound up driving me to San Antonio where I was hospitalized for over a WEEK with a DEATHLY illness! This hospital is unprofessional and incompetent. The nurses spent more time laughing and talking about me on the other side of the curtain than being professional. They have misdiagnosed people here who have wound up getting an arm amputated because of their gross negligence. AVOID THIS PLACE! They should not be in business!
While traveling across the country we needed to go to an urgent care on a Sunday. We came to this emergency room. We were taken back promptly, every thing was done quickly and efficiently. EKG and lab work done and we were back on the road within 2 hours. Staff was professional. Excellent experience.
ER room was filthy nurses talking laughing and carrying and snacking away while there were people in the ER with broken bones from an accident and and patients with tremendous infections, but they were having fun snacking on everything they had on the nurses desk whoever runs this Hospital needs to pay more attention to their staff. To to top it off they are extremely rude... the only people that were nice and gave us good information were the paramedics that brought into San Antonio
Amazing service, they took good care of me. Nurse amazing, doctor super rad! I was in an out in 2 hrs. That's good timing compared to other hospital. the place could use some upgrading though.
