The staff is awesome. Very nice people. If they don't have what u want in stock they will order it for u. From Andy, Betty and Barry u just could not get better people then them.
Easily the best hardware/general store in town. More expensive than most, however you are paying for excellence in service. When I'm not 100% sure how to do a project or exactly what I need, I come here. The staff actively seeks you out and will help you figure out how to do what you need to - they know how to do literally EVERY home related project. If they don't carry something you need, they'll even tell you where to get it or will order it. ...and they have homemade fudge with a "wife section" so you can look at chainsaws unpestered.
This place is amazing! I don't mind paying a tad more because you get top notch customer service, their staff is paid a living wage and it's locally owned.
