We went to the Del Rio store to buy a box spring after having someone be extremely rude to my husband over at Bel's. We met Juan Costilla when we walked into Ashley's and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. We ended up buying a new couch along with the box spring! We had planned on waiting to buy a new couch but he was just so helpful and the prices were decent! Juan wasn't pushy at all and was just extremely friendly and helpful. Even the cashier at the end was pleasant. Overall it was a great experience and I'm glad we walked into that store instead of looking for couches online that wouldn't have any kind of guarantee/insurance. Oh and if we brought our total up another $200 then we'd get $200 off so I basically got a large, good quality, 8x10 rug for free! I'm so excited to get them in a few weeks!
