VETERANS BEWARE!!!
A while back, when my step-dad passed away, my family and I were told by the owner (Mr. Rick Robles himself) our VA insurance would not be accepted because it would take a while to receive the payment despite the insurance being valid and backed in full-faith and credit by the US Government. In other words, he wanted his money right now. We then considered changing venues for services but were then threatened with exorbitant fees for them receiving my step-dad and transferring him somewhere else. Rick Robles ought to be honoring the dead and helping those left behind, instead he kicks people at the lowest point in their lives. He should also be grateful for the service of our veterans that allows him to live free and disrespect our military the way he did. I'd say Robles should go back to being a plumber, but fixing toilets is too dignified for him
Me and my family were very pleased with the staff.We decided what we wanted and they took care of everything for my father's funeral.A great group of people
