The other day I rushed from finishing my work day to barely making it like two minutes before closing time at TitleMax, to not only make a payment on my current title loan, but requested a loan renewal to cover a personal family emergency that suddenly arose. I realize the renewal process is a little more involved than making a regular payment and I apologized to store manager Kristy McVea for taking up her off duty time, to which she said it wasn't a problem and that I come first! Plus, she tried to maximize the loan amount because of my family emergency. Wow, talk about customer service! I would also like to mention that her co-worker Monica Zepeda stood by the whole time as a security measure I imagine, being after hours and all, but with a positive attitude and a lively conversation between us all. To top it off, I was also offered soda, chips and cookies. So in my opinion, both of these ladies deserve five stars apiece. Thanks!
