Excellent sprint team was greeted and helped upon entering. I walked in expecting to open up a new line but eneded up doing that and more! I highly recommend anybody interested in a phone line to come to sprint. Thank you Adan for the great customer service keep up the incredible work!

Customer service needs to be reevaluated by corporate because managers and "leads" do not know what a "valued" and "loyal" customer is. Their unwillingness to help is simply pathetic. I have been with sprint for 12 years and the way I was treated was unacceptable and a complete insult. And the unfavorable truth is that this is the only sprint store in Del Rio. What a shame.
It is sad to say that the only reason I gave them one star is because I had to. I would have left them nothing if it was permissible. Worst customer service ever! Reluctant to help and "No" seemed to be the answer for all the questions that were asked. A useless store is what this is.
Out of my 10+ years of being with sprint Yesterday’s experience was such an awesome customer service with the local Sprint in Del Río. I had Ben as my customer service rep and he was great. Spot on with quick prompt answers to my questions. The transition for the upgrade to my new device was easy and painless. Thank you Ben for your patience and answering my 100 questions!!!
