I'm very disappointed this time. I had a 3 hour drive to San Antonio. I needed the car at 8:30am. After all was said and done, we were leaving Del Rio City limits at 9:30. Had appt downtown SA. Got there late. Driver who picked us up...no habla Ingles. ? Que paso?
The receptionist was incredibly rude and despite having a friend in the Cooperate Office try to help us, was completely dismissive and unwilling work with us. #strandedontheborder

This is probably the most bad service on this town first this people work on this company they don't have communication skills or lack of the same the problem with this company is that is no competition to put them out ., it's the only one .. no where els to go and I have talk to customer support is the same 4 days later no call no email .. I hope another company will come along ...
